Check-in/out Policy:
– Check in: from 2.00PM to 10.00PM.
– Check out: no later than 10.00AM.
– Early check-in: subject to room availability.
– Photo ID and valid credit card must be presented at check in.
– Maison Sen’s doors close from 10.00PM to 6.00AM. Any early departure or late arrival should be informed in advance for best arrangement.
– No refunds will be given for early departure or eviction.
Late check-out Policy:
– Late check-out is subject to room availability.
– 10.00AM to 5.00PM check-out: 50% room rate surcharge subject to the room availability upon your departure.
– After 5.00PM check-out: 100% room rate surcharge.
Maison Rules:
– Smoking is prohibited on and off Maison Sen’s premises.
– Pets are prohibited in rooms.
– A strict NO noise policy is enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
– Guests should ensure the security of their personal belongings, as it will be guests' responsibilities during their stay.
– Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
– All registered guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to appliances, furniture, keys/passes, fixtures, or fittings within Maison Sen’s premises.
– We will inspect the room/suite upon your departure and if the room has been damaged in any way, the matter will be addressed at the time.
– Any improper or destructive act, or any violation of the Maison Rules may result in the immediate eviction of the offender at the General Manager's discretion.
Children Policy:
– Children of any age are welcome.
– Children aged 5 years and above are considered adults at this property.
– Maximum 01 Child per bed can stay free of charge when sharing parents' existing bedding, subject to room category restrictions.
– Maximum occupancy is 01 adult OR 01 child per single bed/sofa bed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the booking information. Any additional guests beyond the stated capacity will be required to leave. Non-compliance will result in eviction without a refund.
Housekeeping Policy:
– In line with our environmental sustainability efforts and due to staffing limitations, housekeeping will be provided only upon departure, rather than during your stay.
– Guests can request additional items, such as extra towels, pillows, or toiletries; or housekeeping services during their stay by contact reception via in-room phone or visiting the reception in person.
– Extra housekeeping service fee may be applied.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy:
– If cancellation/amendment is made 48 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
– If cancellation/amendment is made within 48 hours, including reservations made within that time, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged.
– In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
– Amendment is subject to room availability.
Payment Policy:
– Card payment: An additional surcharge will apply as follows: 1.5% of the in-house transaction amount for bank services, or Interchange + 1% of the transaction value for the hotel’s online booking gateway service. This surcharge is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations.
– Discount: All Promotion discounts are applied to the total bill, which already includes a 10% GST.
– Refund: The refund process will take 1–10 business days or longer depending on the bank's processing if any.
Guarantee Policy:
– All reservations are guaranteed with the valid credit card provided during the online booking.
– Full payment will be processed at the time of booking or upon arrival.
– Maison Sen’s reserves the right to cancel any reservation without notice if we are informed of any fraud or illegal activities related to the full payments received.
